Welcome home!

Our 10,000+ alumni live worldwide, but they never forget the life-shaping high school experience they received at Bishop Guilfoyle and its predecessor, Altoona Catholic High School. Through their positive contributions to society, they have enjoyed much success and happiness, and they enjoy sharing their prosperity with their alma mater.

Graduates of Bishop Guilfoyle and Altoona Catholic High School are automatically members of the Alumni Association. The Bishop Guilfoyle Alumni Association is all about pride in BG! Whether or not you graduated from BG, you are eligible for membership in the Alumni Association. There are no dues, but your spirit and support are welcome. While the Alumni Association’s home is nestled in Central PA, its reach extends across the state, the country, and worldwide. Our members live in every county in Pennsylvania, nearly every state in the United States, and several countries worldwide. 

Our Goal

 The Alumni Association’s goal is to help alumni and friends stay connected with the school and each other. We do this through the Purple & Gold Magazine and educational and social events and gatherings. 

Benefits 

Whether you are an alum, friend, or student, participation in the Alumni Association is a great way to show your BG pride. Your participation is also a vote for the value of a BG education and enables the Alumni Association to do great things for our alumni, students, and alma mater.
